Indie Allies seems to be growing some momentum in Dallas. Twelve of us met last night at Insomnia coffee bar. We had Kelly from Journey community, Kelly from Mars Hill, a few of us from Resonance, Abigail from the Greenhouse in Ft. Worth, John who is pastor of Axis a young adults group at a local church, Kevin, Erik and Heather, and other friends.
We talked about the heart of evangelism: authenticity, sincerity, and a heart to serve others. Discussion went many different ways. We actually had a couple of prayer requests at the end, people not only prayed but gave pertinent scriptures to those involved. There was a good sense of Koinonia as we headed out.
